<p>Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement at Kenly Elementary School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p style="text-align: justify;">District staff selected RHC &amp; Associates, Inc. and R. W. Tymewell, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The project scope provides for the replacement of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, refrigerant piping for the air handlers and condenser units, dedicated OSA units, exhaust fans and electrical work in ten buildings at Kenly Elementary School.<br /><br />Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project.<br /><br />Project completion is scheduled for July 24, 2020.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">To improve the learning environment for the students and staff at Kenly Elementary School.</p>
