| <p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Referendum (Year Two) Project at Pride Elementary School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p> | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">On February 5, 2019, a Selection Committee authorized by District staff selected Wilder Architecture, Inc. and J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. to provide design and construction management services, respectively, on the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) project at Pride Elementary School. Award was made based upon the score and ranking determined by the selection committee. The project scope consists of roof repairs and HVAC system replacements. </p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Approval of the GMP will establish the maximum cost for the project. Project substantial completion is scheduled for August 9, 2020.</p> | |
