<p>Focus Academy Charter School Contract for Meals Fiscal Year 2020/2021 <em>(Operations Division)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p style="text-align: justify;">Focus Academy Charter School has requested a renewal of their contract to purchase meals, both breakfast and lunch, from Student Nutrition Services for fiscal year 2020/2021. The Silo Culinary Kitchen will prepare and deliver meals daily utilizing USDA requirements. Focus Academy is their own sponsor on the National School Lunch Program and files their own claims.</p> <p>It has been requested that the School Board be the first signer on this contract.</p>
