| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">On May 6, 2008, the School Board of Hillsborough County approved a Lease with the Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority for parking lots adjacent to the Raymond O. Shelton School Administrative Center. These lots are referred to as "ROSSAC City Lots 1, 2 and 3" that contain 188 surface parking spaces.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Amendment No. 6 to the Lease will renew the term for an additional three year period beginning May 8, 2020, until May 7, 2023. The annual rental fee for this three year term is $74,054.74. The Expressway Authority is the owner of the property, and as Lessor, will execute this Amendment upon School Board approval and execution. </p> | |
