<p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Award of Contract for Roof Replacement at Plant City High School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p style="text-align: justify;">A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for roof replacement at Plant City High School.&nbsp; The scope of work includes a partial roof and mechanical heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) unit replacement.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation).&nbsp; Award of the contract for construction to the lowest qualified bidder, Service Works Commercial Roofing, Inc., is recommended.</p>
