| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, a body corporate, issued a Letter of Intent for a utility easement to Peoples Gas System, a Division of Tampa Electric Company, a Florida corporation (Peoples Gas) for the installation of a new gas service line, meter, and associated equipment necessary for the gas service at Sumner High School. All required work has been completed by Peoples Gas and the attached Easement Agreement contains the legal description and sketch of the location of the line and equipment. The Easement Agreement will be recorded with the Hillsborough County Clerk's office after approval and execution by the School Board and Peoples Gas. As the grantor of the utility easement, the School Board is required to be the initial party to execute the document.</p> | |
