SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
<p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Interior Renovation of the Sligh Community Center Building <em>(Operations Division)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p style="text-align: justify;">In February, 2020, District staff selected HCBeck, Ltd dba The Beck Group from the approved Continuing Services Consultant list to provide design and construction management services for&nbsp;interior design and construction of the Sligh Community Center project utilizing materials that were donated or were arranged to be donated through the Bullard Family Foundation.&nbsp; Work is being performed at a discounted rate.</p> <p>Approval of the GMP will establish the maximum cost for the project.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Project substantial completion is scheduled for July 31, 2020.</p>
