<p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Cafeteria Modifications at Steinbrenner High School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p style="text-align: justify;">In an effort to improve operations at the Steinbrenner High School cafeteria for service to the growing student population, and in response to a Capital Outlay Request, the District staff selected Rowe Architects Incorporated and The A.D. Morgan Corporation from the approved Continuing Services Consultant list to provide design and construction management services.&nbsp; The scope of work provides for additional interior student dining space by removing the existing cafeteria entrance and enclosing a portion of the cafeteria patio.</p> <p>Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.</p> <p>Project substantial completion is scheduled for August 6, 2020.</p>
