| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">On February 5, 2020, District staff selected Jerel McCants Architecture, Inc. and Ajax Building Company, LLC to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee. The project scope provides for partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement, auditorium improvements, partial window replacements and electrical upgrades.</p> | |
