| <p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Referendum (Year Two) Project at Newsome High School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p> | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">The District's referendum advertisement provided for partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement at Newsome High School. On October 29, 2019, District staff selected Carruthers & Associates-Architects, Inc. and The A.D. Morgan Corporation to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Project Substantial Completion is scheduled for October 16, 2020.</p> | |
