SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
<p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Referendum (Year Two) Project at Webb Middle School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p style="text-align: justify;">The District's referendum advertisement provided for partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement.&nbsp; On October 29, 2019, District staff selected SGM Engineering, Inc. and Specialized Construction Services, LLC to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee.&nbsp; Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Project Substantial Completion is scheduled for August 1, 2020.</p>
