<p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Security Vestibule at Raymond O. Shelton School Administrative Center (ROSSAC) (<em>Operations Division)</em></p> |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY |
<p style="text-align: justify;">As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected Ranon & Partners, Inc. and Skanska USA Building, LLC from the approved continuing services consultants list, respectively, to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for renovations and security enhancements to the lobby area of the main entrance at the ROSSAC Building.</p>
<p> Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project.</p>
<p>Project Completion is scheduled for August 14, 2020.</p> |
