| <p>Award the Qualified Responses Submitted by Multiple Vendors - Request for Qualifications (RFQ) #20045-MST-IV Legal Services - Land Use (<em>Business Services Division</em>)</p> | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p>On February 24, 2020, Procurement Services, in conjunction with the Growth Management and Planning Department, issued an RFQ to retain legal firms for future land use services. Proposals were accepted on March 26, 2020. Four firms responded and a committee of district-level personnel evaluated the proposals in accordance with the stated RFQ criteria. The evaluation committee selected all four firms to be awarded. Firms will be utilized based on their area of expertise, availability, and best financial interest of the district. There is no guarantee of work to any vendor. This recommendation has been reviewed by the General Manager of Growth Management and Planning. </p> | |

| EVALUATION | |
| <p>Contract administration and evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (the "End User") and the Procurement Officer, who function as a team, by utilizing an online vendor performance report or via in-person reviews. The evaluation consists of an assessment of the vendor-provided goods and services, deliverables, and compliance with contractual requirements. The resulting data will support renewal decisions and/or alterations to a new agreement. </p> | |
