<p>Approve the Cooperative Agreement Between the Agency for Community Treatment Services, Inc. (ACTS) and The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida <em>(Climate and Culture)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p>ACTS provides an array of services for dependent and delinquent youth. Hillsborough County Public Schools provides a portable, a dropout prevention teacher, and a teacher's aide to deliver educational services to approximately 20 students who are assigned by the courts to the ACTS residential drug treatment program.</p>
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
<p>• Improve the high school graduation rate</p> <p>• Provide a student-centered learning environment that engages every child</p>
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  No)
EVALUATION
<p>This program is evaluated annually by the Student Engagement Department staff based on a model developed by the Juvenile Justice Educational Enhancement Program. This review will be completed by June 30, 2020.</p>
