| <p>Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the Athletic Field Improvements at Hillsborough High School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p> | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p>The athletic field at Hillsborough High School has been subject to over-use due to that school not having a practice field as do all other high schools. The heavy school activities that occur on this field have made it nearly impossible to maintain an acceptable grass play surface. District staff selected Campo Engineering, Inc. and Skanska USA Building, Inc. from the approved Continuing Service Consultants list to provide design and construction management services, respectively. The scope of work provides for improvements of the football field to replace the grass field with an artificial surface.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Project Substantial Completion is scheduled for July 31, 2020.</p> | |
