<p>Approve the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Between The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida (HCPS) and After-School All-Stars, Inc. for the Implementation and Operation of Before School, After School, and Summer Programs (<em>Climate and Culture</em>)</p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p>The purpose of this MOA is to establish an agreement between HCPS and After-School All-Stars concerning their respective roles and responsibilities. The purpose of this program is to deliver activities that include, but are not limited to, educational enrichment, cultural and social development activities, recreation and physical activity, creative arts, homework services, leadership skills, career and college exploration and activities focused on the development of the whole child during non-school hours. This program will serve between 80-100 students at Dr. Carter G. Woodson K-8 School and at Memorial Middle School.</p> <p>This MOA is in effect for the purpose of serving students from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021.&nbsp;</p> <p>There are no student fees associated with the services provided pursuant to this MOA.&nbsp;</p>
