<p>Approve Permanent Utility Easement Between The School Board of Hillsborough County and Tampa Electric Company at Belmont Elementary "D", Ruskin, Florida <em>(Operations Division)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p style="text-align: justify;">A Letter of Intent for a utility easement was issued to Tampa Electric Company (TECO) for the installation of electrical equipment, conduit, pad mounted transformer, and any associated equipment necessary for the electrical service to Elementary "D", Ruskin, Florida.&nbsp; All required work has been completed by TECO and the attached Easement Agreement contains the legal description and sketch of the location of the lines and equipment and will be recorded with the Hillsborough County Clerk's Office.</p>
