<p>Approve Award of Contract for Roof Replacement at Yates Elementary School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p style="text-align: justify;">The District's referendum advertisement provides for several roof replacements within the District.&nbsp; The scope of work includes a partial roof replacement of three buildings at Yates Elementary School.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation and recommendation).&nbsp; Award of contract for construction to the lowest qualified bidder, Ryman Roofing, Inc., is recommended.</p>
