| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">Since 2001, classroom space for the CARIBE Adult Education Program has been located at McDill Columbus Plaza, 2700 N. MacDill Avenue in Tampa. The current lease term expires on July 31, 2020. The renewal lease will commence on August 1, 2020, and expire on July 31, 2021. Classroom space for this term will consist of 800 square feet with an annual rent of $14,400 ($1,200 per month) with utilities and custodial services included in the annual rent. </p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The facility is used for approximately 400 adult learners enrolled through CARIBE for instruction in the English language to service recent refugees and political asylees. The location has proven to be ideal for recruiting and retaining the targeted refugee population.</p> | |
