| <p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the Window Replacement at Plant High School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p> | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">During the analysis of the HVAC system at Plant High School, it was discovered that a portion of the building windows on the campus are in dire need of replacement. District staff selected Skanska USA Building, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide construction management services. The scope of work provides for window replacements at Plant High School. This replacement will significantly supplement the performance of the new HVAC system.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Project Substantial Completion is scheduled for September 30, 2021.</p> | |
