<p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Award of Contract for Roof Replacement at Lockhart Elementary School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p style="text-align: justify;">Due to roof deterioration in several schools within the District, it is necessary to replace these roofs as soon as possible. District Staff selected Gale Associates (South), Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. &nbsp;The scope of work includes a complete roof replacement at Lockhart Elementary School.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation and recommendation). Award of contract for construction to the lowest qualified bidder, Quality Roofing, Inc., is recommended.</p>
