| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">Due to roof deterioration at several schools in the District, it is a necessity to replace these roofs as soon as possible. District Staff selected C.B. Goldsmith & Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work includes a partial roof replacement at Wimauma Elementary School.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation and recommendation). Award of contract for construction to the lowest qualified bidder, Southern Roofing Company, Inc., is recommended</p> | |
