| <p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for a Classroom Addition at Spoto High School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p> | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">The addition of classroom space at Spoto High School is proposed to alleviate overcrowding. District staff commenced negotiations with Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. on November 11, 2019, and Ajax Building Company, LLC on December 8, 2020, to provide design and construction management services, respectively, as recommended by a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee. The scope of work provides for a 20 classroom addition at the existing campus.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Project Substantial Completion is scheduled for June 4, 2021.</p> | |
