| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p>The instructional materials being considered for adoption are listed on the attached document, Recommended Titles for Instructional Materials Adoption, and include new titles for various courses offered in World Languages for grades K-12. A thorough evaluation of these materials was completed by a district Instructional Materials Adoption Committee and a districtwide subject-area teacher vote was conducted. Per Florida Statute 1006.283 and School Board Policy 2510, the district conducted a 20-day public review from June 16, 2020, through July 6, 2020. A required Public Hearing was held at the School Board Meeting on July 7, 2020. </p> | |
