SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
<p style="text-align: justify;">Approve the License Agreement Between The School Board of Hillsborough County and Bethany Baptist Church, Inc. of Plant City for Additional Parking at Cork Elementary School (<em>Operations Division</em>)</p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p style="text-align: justify;">Staff has negotiated with Bethany Baptist Church, Inc. of Plant City, located at 3409 Cork Road in Plant City, to utilize the church's parking lot as additional parking for the staff and faculty of Cork Elementary School. In exchange for this usage, Hillsborough County Public Schools will maintain the License Area in the same good and working condition consistent with the parking lots located at the School. This regular maintenance will include, but not be limited to, resurfacing and smoothing of ruts or holes that should develop. This agreement will be for five years and will expire on June 27, 2025. Both Hillsborough County Public Schools and the Church have the option to terminate this License Agreement by giving 60 days written notice to the other.</p>
