| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">The District's referendum advertisement provided for roof and partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacements at Burnett Middle School. On February 5, 2019, District staff selected Rowe Architects Incorporated and Batson-Cook Company to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The design professional has certified that the work is now fully complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.</p> | |
