| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">The District's referendum advertisement provided for the partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement at Knights and Lincoln Elementary Schools. On February 5, 2019, District staff selected Fleischman-Garcia Architects and Planners, AIA, PA and Allstate Construction, Inc. to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The design professional has now certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.</p> | |
