<p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Acceptance of Project for the Referendum (Year 1) Project at Lithia Springs Elementary School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p> |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY |
<p style="text-align: justify;">The District's referendum advertisement provided for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), stage equipment replacements and exterior painting at Lithia Springs Elementary School. On February 5, 2019, District staff selected SGM Engineering, Inc. and Specialized Property Services, Inc. to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee.</p>
<p>The design professional has now certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.</p> |
