| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p>The Leader in Me school improvement model is offered through Franklin Covey, uniting students, staff, and families around a common goal to prepare students with college, career, and life-readiness skills necessary to thrive in today's ever-changing, fast-paced environment. </p> <p>Supporting All Learners and Uniting to Excel (SALUTE), a Department of Defense Education Activity grant, recognizes the adverse effects of military culture on military-dependent students’ social-emotional well being. Tinker K-8 has implemented Leader in Me to address the grant goal of improving social-emotional skills. </p> <p>The contract covers Leadership in Me membership fees for 2020-2021, 2021-2022, and coaching fees for 2020-2021.</p> | |
