| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">The agreement details that Mr. Buckholt will maintain the future school site located on Bishop Road. This will permit certain agricultural uses (as specified below) on site until such time the School Board terminates the lease to develop the site for a new school(s). The uses are limited to collection/storage of a maximum of 300 bales of hay, the housing of livestock for a maximum of 25 cows, 4 horses, and 1 mule, and a maximum of 100 bee boxes (1 beehive per box). </p> | |
