| <p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the Interior Improvements at East Bay High School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p> | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">East Bay High School has a number of maintenance deficiencies that are in need of repair/upgrade; therefore, District staff selected Reno Building, LLC and Carastro & Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Service Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for architectural improvements to the cafeteria, public hallways and gymnasium at East Bay High School.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Project substantial completion is scheduled for August 10, 2020.</p> | |
