<p>Award Invitation to Bid (ITB) #20110-MST-IV Lift Station Upgrades for Essrig Elementary School and Jefferson High School <em>(Finance Division)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p>On June 30, 2020, Procurement Services, in conjunction with Sites and Utilities, issued an ITB to upgrade the underground lift stations at Jefferson High School and Essrig Elementary School. The work to be done includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing and installation of submersible pumps, other needed parts, and services necessary for these upgrades.</p> <p>The award of this contract will be in effect beginning August 19, 2020, and will continue for a mutually agreed period to allow for the completion of the project. There is a 30-day termination for convenience clause included in this contract. All prices offered are firm against any increase for the duration of the projects.</p>

EVALUATION
<p>Contract administration and evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (the "End User") and the Procurement Officer, who function as a team, by utilizing an online vendor performance report or via in-person reviews. The evaluation consists of an assessment of the vendor-provided goods and services, deliverables, and compliance with contractual requirements. The resulting data will support renewal decisions and/or alterations to a new agreement.</p>
