<p style="text-align: justify;">Property Lease Agreement Between The School Board of Hillsborough County and the Hillsborough Transit Authority a/k/a Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) for the Staging and Storage of District School Buses/Fleet Vehicles at 11309 Casey Road, Tampa, FL 33618 (<em>Operations Division</em>)</p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p style="text-align: justify;">Currently, District school buses are being stored at the Eisenhower/East Bay shared campus facility, creating additional congestion and other traffic circulation-related issues. Due to the shortage of land in South County, the District currently does not have a separate facility for the staging and storing of these bus/fleet vehicles. HART presently has a vacant Park N Ride site, located off Casey Road, that could serve as the staging/storing site of these vehicles, alleviating the related congestion at the impacted schools. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
