| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">Currently, District school buses are being stored at the Eisenhower/East Bay shared campus facility, creating additional congestion and other traffic circulation-related issues. Due to the shortage of land in South County, the District currently does not have a separate facility for staging and storing vehicles. HART presently has a vacant Park N Ride site, located off South US Highway 301, that could serve as the staging/storing site of these vehicles, alleviating the related congestion at the impacted schools. </p> | |
