| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p>The 1996 Florida Legislature adopted an amendment to Section 24.121, Florida Statutes, requiring local school districts to make available to the public a report displaying discretionary lottery revenue and expenditures. For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, Hillsborough County Public Schools received and expended $226,954. Lottery funds are used to:</p> <p> •Develop and implement school improvement plans<br /> •Enhance existing funding to charter schools</p> | |
