| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p>Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) has contracted with ECTAC for the last 14 years in order to receive current state and federal technical assistance related to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA). With the current ESEA implementation of the approved State of Florida plan, it is imperative that the district have the most current guidance and technical assistance to coordinate Title I programs. </p> | |
