| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p>The Board has adopted policies that promote a safe, inclusive learning and work environment free from any forms of discrimination, harassment, or bullying. The Board is committed to the elimination of educational disparities and ensuring systemic equity by inviting and including people of all races and ethnicities in providing adaptive solutions for our students.</p> <p>Our district acknowledges that we live in a multicultural society and embraces the diversity of each student and each employee, understanding that our similarities and differences only strengthen us. The Board therefore proclaims the month of October 2020 as Global Diversity Awareness Month.</p> | |
