| <p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Change Order No. One for Building Signage for First Responders at All Hillsborough County Public Schools <em>(Operations Division)</em></p> | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">District staff selected HCBeck, Ltd. dba The Beck Group from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide construction management services. The scope of work provides for furnishing and installing two thousand (2,000) emergency building signage for first responders and general emergency coordination at various school sites as selected by the District.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The increased scope of work for this project now includes signage at all middle school sites. As the cost of the change order exceeds 20 percent of the original guaranteed maximum price (GMP) amount, Board approval is required.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">A time extension of 133 days is included for completion of the additional work.</p> | |
