<p>Approve the Increase in Expenditures for Agreement #20091-PGB-BJH Project Management Services for Infrastructure Sales Tax and Other Funding Sources <em>(Operations Division)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p>On June 9, 2020, the Board approved agreement #20091-PGB-BJH for project management services including the management of construction-related projects in all phases such as planning, project development, design, and construction, as needed.&nbsp;</p> <p>At this time, future expenditures have exceeded the amount originally estimated, requiring additional Board approval.&nbsp;</p>

EVALUATION
<p>Contract administration and evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (the "End User") and the Procurement Officer, who function as a team, by utilizing an online vendor performance report or via in-person reviews. The evaluation consists of an assessment of the vendor-provided goods and services, deliverables, and compliance with contractual requirements. The resulting data will support renewal decisions and/or alterations to a new agreement.</p>
