| <p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Classroom Addition at Wimauma Elementary School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p> | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">The addition of brick and mortar classroom space, sitework and canopies at Wimauma Elementary School is proposed to provide additional student seats in South County. District staff selected Hepner Architects, Incorporated and Halfacre Construction Company to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee.</p> <p>Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the new classroom building.</p> <p>Project Substantial Completion for this phase of the work is scheduled for July 12, 2021.</p> | |
