<p>Approve the Agreement for Technical Services 20165-ATS-IV with Prismatic Services, Inc., for the Evaluation of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Promoting Health Education Grant Project <em>(Academic Services)</em></p>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<p>The CDC Promoting Health Education Grant focuses on expanding health education curriculum for students in grades 6-12. This agreement for evaluation services is recommended in order to fulfill the requirement for a third-party evaluation consultant for the 2020/2021 school year during the program period of the grant. Grant evaluation services include the following: evaluation design assistance, data analysis, and a comprehensive Annual Performance Evaluation report.</p>
