| <p style="text-align: justify;">Approve Acceptance of Project for Referendum (Year 1) Project at Woodbridge Elementary School <em>(Operations Division)</em></p> | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">The District's referendum advertisement provided for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) and lift station replacements at Woodbridge Elementary School. On February 5, 2019, District staff selected BAL Engineering, Inc. and Gilbane Building Company to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee. Due to the magnitude of the scope of work, this project was divided into two phases.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The design professional has certified that the work is now fully complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.</p> | |
