| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p style="text-align: justify;">The Florida Legislature has historically appropriated funds to support Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO). No PECO funds were allocated to the District for 2020/2021. </p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Millage funds are received from local property tax assessments. Millage funds also provide payment for debt service, site and bus purchases, and other obligations. The 2020/2021 projects identified on the attached sheets are the result of prioritizing recommendations from facility assessments, maintenance staff, Region Superintendents and individual schools. The total millage revenues are projected at $175,992,252 for 2020/2021.</p> | |
