| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| <p>The Florida Principals & Standards for Quality Charter School Authorizing are a guiding resource to help decision-makers ensure that every charter school is a quality school. Best Practice Standard 4(E), Ongoing Oversight and Evaluation with regards to Public Reporting denotes that a quality Sponsor will: Produce an annual public report that provides clear, accurate performance data for the charter schools it oversees, reporting on individual school performance according to the framework set forth in the charter contract. </p> <p>Since 2017, the Charter Schools Office has annually produced a Charter Schools Annual Report. This report serves as a compilation of information from the prior school year surrounding charter authorizing activities and the charter schools operating in Hillsborough County. This report is first provided to the School Board and then made available to the public on the district’s website. Charter school leaders also receive a copy of the report.</p> | |
