Evaluation Feedback for the Superintendent
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Superintendent’s annual evaluation for the 2015-2016 school year has been completed. The evaluation instrument is aligned to the district’s Strategic Plan. 

The first section of the evaluation is comprised of four Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) identified by the Board for focus during the 2015-2016 year. The KPIs include:

  1. Graduation Rates
  2. Financial Stewardship
  3. Cultural Relationships
  4. Communication 

The second section focuses on values, which all employees are expected to demonstrate and which the Superintendent should model, as well as competencies and behaviors key to the Superintendent position. These core values include:

  1. Safety
  2. Proactive
  3. Relational
  4. Integrity
  5. Motivation 

The final section includes a summary of performance around the district’s mission, vision, KPIs, overall performance, and next steps.
