EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On September 29, 2015, the Board approved the purchase of SAP Business Objects software licenses, support, and maintenance. The agenda included $137,500.00 for annual software maintenance through December 31, 2016. This agenda approves the continued use of the software on an annual basis and ensures the most secure and up-to-date version of the software, regular upgrades to the product, and annual ongoing software support are available to meet the district’s growing information needs and security requirements. | |

EVALUATION | |
Over 2,000 employees including bookkeepers, secretaries, accountants, accounting clerks, and the entire business team use more than 1,000 SAP Business Objects reports in their day-to-day working and research activities. This much-needed software tool is used at all sites across the district to insure fiscal responsibility and stewardship. Additional reports are used by schools and district level teams to track detailed data from our Student Information System. | |
