|Accept Statement of Work with Convergence Consulting Group (CCG) to Migrate the Teacher Evaluation Data Warehouse into the Enterprise Data Warehouse (Business Services Division)|
|This Statement of Work (SOW) is for the migration of the Teacher Evaluation Data Warehouse (TEV) tables and associated data integration programs to the Education Data Warehouse (EDW) that is supported by our Information Technology Department.
The migration into a single data warehouse is necessary to improve overall efficiency and reduce systems complexity. Managing the one system eliminates the need to maintain additional software licensing, hardware, and support for both systems.
The Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) grant has provided the means for the development of the district’s TEV System since December 2007. The TEV system links teachers with relevant student achievement data in order to calculate student achievement scores for teacher evaluations. The system includes teacher, test, course, and professional development data for all instructional personnel. CCG consultants have worked closely with the Information Technology, Human Resources, and Assessment and Accountability Departments to develop the system.
This SOW is governed by the terms of the Master Services Agreement between the district and CCG approved by the Board on April 5, 2011.

|This agreement is for a fixed price of $1,095,000.00. Funds are available in the TIF grant for this expense. TIF grant funds are eligible to support and enhance our Teacher Evaluation Management systems. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 3205.|
|District staff monitors and reviews CCG performance through status reports and discussions during weekly status meetings and SOW project plan reviews.|
