We request approval of the negotiated agreements for officiating athletic contests with the following organizations:

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes) | |
Funds in the amount of $266,378.00 will be available in the 2016/2017 Student Services Division Athletics Department budget. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 6406. As of Monday, July 11, 2016, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $1,200,000.00. | |
EVALUATION | |
The quality of services will be evaluated annually by the Director of Athletics staff. | |
