B7.10 - Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) at Potter Elementary School Cafeteria (Operations Division)
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for HVAC replacement at Potter Elementary School Cafeteria. District staff selected RHC and Associates, Inc. and R. W. Tymewell, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services, respectively. The project scope consists of the installation of four packaged roof top units and existing mini-split systems, replacement of ceilings throughout the cafeteria, structural steel framing and new ductwork.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project
Projects completion is scheduled for August 1, 2019.
