B7.05 - Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the Referendum (Year Two) Project at Bevis Elementary School (Operations Division)
On February 5, 2019, District staff selected BAL Engineering, Inc. and Reno Building, LLC to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee. The project scope consisted of partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement.
Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.
Project substantial completion is scheduled for July 31, 2020.
